My crockpot was burning the granola at the edges unless I stirred it every 5 minutes, so I gave up on it and pulled it all out before I ruined the whole batch. I usually do fine with granola in the oven (300F, stir every 20-30 min for 1-2 hrs), so I'm popping mine into the oven to finish it off.
