I put in all the ingredients except the tortillas, cheese, and sour cream, and cooked it on high for 4 hours first. Then put in the tortillas and cheese for another couple hours on low. It was less of a casserole, but still VERY delicious. Also I used half the enchilada sauce and it was still very moist, verging on soupy.Marinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12051581432652556410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5090591139439935093.post-26849621351570185972010-10-17T18:59:06.573-07:002010-10-17T18:59:06.573-07:00Made this for dinner today. I'd layer in the ingredients (do you mix the cream of mushroom with the chili sauce, or is that mix with the chicken?) and the pour the sauce on top. I made a green chili enchilada casserole a few weeks ago, and I added too much sauce. I'd stick with no more than 2 cups of liquid to pour over the top, so you won't get a soggy mess.

xox
stephStephanie ODeahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08618710485017373256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5090591139439935093.post-83016470307665031322008-08-27T12:11:00.000-07:002008-08-27T12:11:00.000-07:00Can I use ingredients to another enchilada receipt...Can I use ingredients to another enchilada receipt and it work like this one?

I'm making white chicken enchiladas and it's quite a process.
