I mixed it up with a fork "fluffing" if you might, and let it sit until it was dry. It's now like a crumbly oatmeal cake that fell apart. Second time I used 2 cups quinoa flakes, 1/2 cup flax seed meal & 1/2 cup coconut in place of the oatmeal and it was terrific.
