Pork


I used to be allergic to pork, but now I'm not. Weird.

All recipes are completely gluten-free. If you are not gluten-free, simply ignore my notes, or file them away in case you ever need to cook for someone with a gluten sensitivity.

      I made the carnitas last week and they where amazing. My husband (who is half Mexican) loved them. It something I will defiantly be making again.....I just love your site and slow cooked recipes.

      You are the first person I've ever met who also had an allergy, or in my case inability to digest, pork and then got over it. Weird, indeed, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.
